Honey Orange Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients

Two and a half to three pounds of dark meat Chicken Wings, Thighs or Legs

One cup Wildflower or other mild tasting Honey

One cup fresh squeezed Orange juice

1/2 cup Lemon Juice

1/4 cup Golden Brown Sugar

Six Tablespoons Butter

One Tablespoon sweet Paprika

One teaspoon ground Cardamom

Two fresh Garlic Cloves minced (optional)

Method

1. Place foil and a bit of oil on a baking dish or sheet pan. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

2. Wash and pat dry the chicken pieces. Dip the wings on both sides in the melted butter. Sprinkle each side with the Spices and Sugar. Mix the Orange and Lemon Juice with the Wildflower Honey. Drizzle over the top on both sides.


3. Bake turning at least once. For wings 35 to 45 minutes.

Serve on a pretty plate with fresh vegetables to serve
