Grilled Corn on the Cob


One to two corn cobs per person (6-12 total)

Two sticks of unsalted butter

One teaspoon Kosher salt

One teaspoon sweet Paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground White Pepper

1/4-1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

1/2 teaspoon ground Cardamom


1) Clean and lightly oil your grill. Prepare the heat to medium high. Choose corn cobs where the golden fleece is bright, the kernels look round and smooth, and the outer husk green and tight to the cob.

2) Spread the softened butter under the husk of the cobs. Sprinkle the kernels with the dried spice mixture. Wet and lightly grease the husks and pull husks back up to protect the kernels.

3 ) Grill on medium high heat for 15 to 20 minutes turning frequently about five minutes per quarter turn. Enjoy!
